All littles between 4 and 8 years old are encouraged to come out and see what lacrosse is about and learn in a supportive environment with our coaches and experienced youth players.

Proper gym shoes required. If the athlete has a stick they are encouraged to bring it but we will have spare sticks on hand. Helmet and gloves not needed.

These FREE sessions are the perfect way for the young athlete in your life to check out the fastest sport on two feet. Athletes are welcome to come to one, two or all the sessions. No need to register in advance.
