This specialty butcher is located at 619 Belmont St in Uptown, New West. I go here for their great selection of smoked and cured sausage, farm fresh eggs, and great service. They also offer nice cuts of beef, pork and whole or parts of chicken. From thick cut steaks to canoe cut marrow, and ground venison, bison, and lamb, there are lots of options to get creative.
They sell ready-to-cook options as well like hand-made beef and sausage rolls. If you want to order something unique, you can talk to the butcher about sourcing it locally or importing it if needed.
Fun fact, the friendly owners, who are usually behind the counter, are from Ukraine. They know their smoked and cured meats well and offer a good selection of staples and specialty meats. Their handmade Ukrainian sausage is especially good. Viktor was very friendly and helpful and especially passionate about local businesses & community.
