Baby Its Cold Outside…

🌨️ Snow is in the forecast! City crews and equipment are prepped and ready to respond. We've already been out been out brining and salting the roads in anticipation.

Property owners and occupants are reminded that, per City bylaws, snow and ice must be removed from sidewalks adjacent to their property by 10:00 am of the day following a snowfall event.

Tips for snow clearing:
❄️ Clear sidewalks the full width and down to bare concrete
❄️ Do not shovel onto the street
❄️ Check your nearest catch basin before and after a snowfall to ensure it's not blocked
❄️ Use appropriate de-icing products (not table/rock salt or sodium-based products as these damage the sidewalk)
