Queen’s Park

Queen’s Park is the emerald gem of New Westminster. Encompassed within 75 acres are walking trails, picnic sites, an immaculate rose garden, and a playground, spraypark, and petting zoo for the kids, all of which are surrounded by towering trees and lush greenery. The park is also home to several recreational facilities, including an arena (Home of the Salmonbellies Lacross team), soccer fields, baseball diamonds, and much more. Fraserview (located just North-East from Queen’s Park) is home to additional community parks, including the Glenbrook Ravine park and walking trails.

Queen’s Park is one of the most architecturally distinct neighbourhoods in the Lower Mainland. Many of the houses here are restored from original homes dating back to the 1900s – from smaller character homes to large stately mansions , make Queen’s Park among the most sought-after residential neighbourhoods in Metro Vancouver.
